Honor Body Pilates is a one to one Pilates studio fully equipped with Balanced Body equipment. I train my clients in private sessions utilizing the Reformer (see pic), Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ped-o-Pull, and Core Align. The studio is also equipped with many small Pilates accessories that enhance sessions. Each session is tailored to your needs on that given day!

Pilates for Scoliosis

Whether you have an ‘S’ curve, ‘C’ curve, a teen newly diagnosed, or an adult living many years with Scoliosis, I am here to assist you in your fitness and strengthening goals.

Scoliosis imbalances are a challenging condition for trainers not educated in the nuances of living with Scoliosis. The whole body has imbalances that need to be addressed, and this is often missed in typical training sessions.

Training with a teacher that understands your bodies needs and also honors your beautiful curvy spine will encourage you in ways that empower and support you while reducing pain and increasing mobility.

I train all ages of clients with Scoliosis in specialized Scolio sessions specifically adapted to achieving your goals. Some clients are seeking to reduce their curve, stabilize a curve, understand their diagnosis, or decrease pain. Whichever goal you are seeking I am here to assist you on your journey.

Please note: Scoliosis sessions have a different price structure than the regular sessions and is dependent on the approach decided upon based on the initial phone consultation.
